One distinctive aspect of the Autistic experience is immediate pattern recognition. This ability manifests in daily interactions, where patterns encompass complex temporal dynamics and allow for multiple interpretations simultaneously. These paintings are painted directly without a prelimnary drawing, encouraging the paint to be itself, creating a live Plein Air feel. Colors are perceived as physical vibrations and energies, such as sound which communally can be intrepreted by bodies. These paintings are about an interaction with sound vibrations and frequencies as much as they are about engaging Neurodivergent experience.
